Booking Policy

1. Securing Your Date
To secure your event date with House of AB:
A booking request must be submitted in writing.
A non-refundable deposit is required.
Your date is only confirmed once the deposit has been received.
Dates are not held without payment.
2. Payment Terms
The remaining balance must be paid prior to the event date (as stated on your invoice).
Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of services.
If an event is cancelled within 30 days, House of AB reserves the right to require full payment of the agreed amount.
3. Event Details
At the time of booking, clients must provide:
Event date
Venue location
Selected service(s)
Quantity required
Any personalisation requests
All event details must be finalised in advance to ensure smooth delivery.
4. Changes to Booking
Any changes to the agreed service, quantities, or timing must be made in writing and may be subject to additional charges.
Changes requested close to the event date cannot be guaranteed.
5. Setup & Access
Clients must ensure:
Adequate space is provided for setup
Timely access to the venue
A safe working environment for staff
Delays in access may reduce service time.
