Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern the provision of services by House of AB (“we”, “us”, “our”) to clients (“you”, “your”) booking our fragrance installations, including but not limited to:

  • Fragrance Bar

  • Arabian Attar Stall

  • Scented Hand Cream Station

By confirming a booking with House of AB, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Booking & Confirmation

  • All bookings must be confirmed in writing via email or agreed platform (e.g. DM followed by invoice).

  • A booking is only secured once a deposit payment has been received.

  • Dates are not reserved without payment.

3. Deposits & Payments

  • A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your event date.

  • The remaining balance must be paid no later than 7 days before the event.

  • Failure to pay the balance on time may result in cancellation of services.

All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Deposits are non-refundable.

  • Cancellations made within 30 days of the event may require full payment.

  • Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested in writing.

  • House of AB reserves the right to cancel services due to circumstances beyond our control (force majeure). In such cases, payments may be transferred to a new agreed date.

5. Event Requirements

The client must ensure:

  • Adequate space is provided for setup

  • Access to the venue at agreed setup time

  • Suitable power supply (if required)

  • A safe environment for staff and equipment

Delays caused by venue access issues may reduce service time.

6. Service Scope

House of AB will:

  • Provide agreed fragrance installations

  • Manage setup and dispensing

  • Operate professionally throughout the event duration

We do not guarantee specific guest numbers served beyond agreed quantities.

7. Liability

  • House of AB is not liable for allergic reactions or sensitivities to fragrance products. Guests use products at their own discretion.

  • We are not responsible for venue damage unless directly caused by our negligence.

  • Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the service.

8. Intellectual Property

All branding, imagery, content, and scent concepts remain the intellectual property of House of AB and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

9. Photography & Marketing

We may capture photographs or videos during events for promotional purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing prior to the event.

10. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate event details

  • Ensure a respectful and safe working environment

  • Inform us of any specific venue restrictions

11. Changes to Services

Any changes to service details must be confirmed in writing and may incur additional costs.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of The United Kingdom
