Refund Policy

1. Deposits
All bookings require a deposit to secure the event date.
Deposits are non-refundable.
Deposits will only be refunded if House of AB cancels the booking.
A booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
2. Client Cancellations
If the client cancels:
More than 30 days before the event:
The deposit remains non-refundable.Within 30 days of the event date:
House of AB reserves the right to require full payment of the agreed booking amount, as preparation, scheduling, and date reservation commitments will already have been made.
3. Rescheduling
Requests to reschedule must be made in writing and are subject to availability.
Rescheduling within 30 days of the event is not guaranteed.
Deposits may be transferred to a new date at our discretion.
4. Cancellation by House of AB
If House of AB is required to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances:
A full refund of all payments made will be issued,
orThe booking may be transferred to a mutually agreed new date.
